Looks like I was wrong about my wheels. Nothing wrong there…the ring around the hole is not where a washer was previously located, but scratching from tightening with a lug wrench. Also, because the bolts are tapered to match the hole, the design is intentional, even it the head of the bolt does not completely [...]
